Gradient is Tulsa's industry-leading Innovation Hub for entrepreneurs, startups, and remote workers. In 2026 they celebrated 10 years of 36 Degrees North and 1 year of Gradient by creating a building-wide art installation involving over 300 individual posters that showcase members, visitors, and community who have made the past decade of innovation, growth, and laughs possible.
